1. What is Felog?

Felog.net is an online triathlon training log. Essentially, it is my Excel spreadsheets gone wild. It initially started out as a way for me to track my fitness level and exercise routines but it has since evolved into what you see here today. There are two key aspects to the application:

1. The Logging function - you are able to enter Event Type, Date, Time, Average Cadence, Average Heart Rate, Average Power, Perceived Exertion, and Notes. It will auto-calculate the Pace and Speed for you. You can have each entry listed for public viewing or you can select to have it Private.

2. The Scheduling function - you are able to schedule multiple workouts at once by entering the Event, Start Date, Start Time, Duration, and Comments. Upon submitting, you are presented with an Outlook-style calendar in which the default view presents your current training week. There are several options available on this screen which will allow you to choose between 12-24 hour format, business and non-business hours, a total time for the week, and a nifty meter that provides no value whatsoever other than for pure entertainment. And finally an update function which will allow you to select a date range to edit your workouts.

2. What does it look like?

Create an account, take a look around and let us know what you think.

3. What is the cost?

The cost is FREE and it will always be FREE.

4. Will there be future enhancements?

There will be more features to come and your suggestions are welcome.

4. What's new?

We just released Version III. In this latest version, the biggest change you will notice is the look and feel. But we've also added some new features, integrated the logging and scheduling function as one, fixed some bugs, created some new bugs, and added some infrastructure like continuous data backup to protect your data.
