Don't be fooled by the name, this is more like homemade barbeque sauce with curry powder. It really has a nice flavor and the curry powder adds a nice touch to it.
I was planning on grilling them but I didn't have anything else to throw on the BBQ so I decided to bake them instead. Either way would've worked well.

Curry Baked Chicken
- four boneless chicken breasts - three garlic cloves, chopped - 1/2 cup of vinegar - 1/2 cup of organic ketchup - one tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp ground mustard - 1/2 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp red curry powder - 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Thoroughly combine garlic, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, paprika, curry powder and black pepper. Transfer to a one gallon Ziploc bag. Add chicken to bag, shake to coat and refrigerate for one hour, turning once.
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Place chicken in a greased 9x13 baking dish, add a tsp of the sauce to the top of each chicken breast and bake for 22 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
